Glad to announce that with the coming together of  Metco Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd & Taweelah Aluminium Extrusions LLC, Abu Dhabi (TALEX),  a new chapter has been opened in Indian Aluminium scenario with  regards to Extruded aluminium profiles providing End to End solutions.

We would like to explore possibility of supplying you your  customized profiles in MF, Powder and Anodized finishes on regular basis on exclusivity basis. Would appreciate your guidance on how to take this matter forward.

Talex has joined hands with Metco  to promote its products in India and SAARC region under the  name TALEX offering complete range of Window, Door frames, Claddings, Skylight profiles & complete AluSystems as per your customized designs. Of course standard sections in hollows, solids, Tees and Channels are also produced and exported

 TALEX is Middle East's highly automated and Advanced Aluminium Extrusion Plant catering to customer's demand for precision engineered aluminium products in 3 different finishes - Mill Finish, Powder Coated and Anodized (up to 14.2 meter lengths & 25 microns). The plant is complimented with Modern Fabrication unit with facilities like Crimping, precision CNC machining, punching, drilling and assorted services - thus offering customer with end to end solution, where you come with a Drawing and go out with a finished product

Metco established in 1985 in Mumbai, India is acknowledged as one of top most International indenting cum trading house, with its product range covering base / primary metals, secondary metals & alloys, minor metals, ferro-alloys, all ferrous , non-ferrous scraps, recyclable plastic scraps, finished & semi-finished metals and steel products, and alloying additives.

  1. Direct Extrusion presses 25MN & 35MN (7 inch & 10 inch container)
  2. Short Anodizing Line - Fully automated with 6 cranes (7.2 meter lengths)
  3. Long Anodizing Line with 3 cranes ( 14.2 meters)
  4. Fully automated Powder Coating Line for 8.2 meter lengths, with Chrome free Conersion Technology
  5. Alodine 2040 Passivation
  6. State of the Art Fabrication Unit with 5 & 3 axis CNC machines with Crimping, Puching & Welding facilities
