With profound grief and sorrow, we inform the sudden demise of Mr. K.P.Pradeep, Founder, Editor & Publisher, The Master builder on the 11th of June 2016, at his residence in Chennai due to a massive cardiac arrest.

Pradeep (KP to his friends in the industry and academy) was born on 17th April 1961 in Mahe, a petite town located on the West Coast of Kerala, but under the administrative control of the Puducherry State. KP was a passionate motivator and leader who inspired ordinary people to achieve extraordinary feats in their lives. Highly open-minded and always willing to take up challenges; KP lead by example, and encouraged others to follow. He created a positive work environment and provided superior training. A visionary who saw beyond the obvious, he continuously coached his team to attain their goals; scale it further to create greater value for the organization and its deliverables.

Smart, friendly and passionate about construction engineering, KP was also elegantly charming. He was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. He discovered and nurtured new talents with the same enthusiasm as he nurtured his family and friends. The techno commercial journal he first conceived and published in 1996 was to create a niche segment of readers who valued critical information to leverage their competitiveness. His contribution towards the industry and society will always be cherished in the minds of everyone he collaborated with. He is survived by his wife, Renza Pradeep and son Nigel Narayan.

May his soul rest in peace.
