Our company employs state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that can produce 1,90,000 sq.ft. of ACPs every day. The modern technology allows us to use coils with thickness ranging from 0.04mm to 1mm. We have flexible line to produce width from 5 feet to 3 feet and standard length available as ready stock of 8 feet, 10 feet and 12 feet and other lengths available on request.
Over a decade, we have developed a wide range of products including FR – Fire Retardant Panels, Wooden Texture Finish Aluminium Panels, Marble Finish Aluminium Cladding Panels and many more.
Fire safety in buildings is of paramount importance, as the right use of materials can minimize the impact of fire and reduce loss of life and injuries. Keeping up with the finest standards of safety, we have introduced an exclusive range of Fire Retardant ACPs which reduce the intensity and spread of fire with no flaming droplets and zero toxic smoke emission, facilitating safer escape routes.
These FR ACPs have been divided into 3 Classes:
ACCP
Eurobond Aluminium Core Composite Panels (ACCP) are visually the same as traditional Aluminium Composite Panels. What makes them different is the technology of its core, which is made of Pure Aluminium structure making it non-inflammable. Eurobond ACCPs provide the best strength to weight ratio in all of the FR classes. The added advantages of ACCP include wind pressure resistance, light loading, sound and heat insulation, and complete recyclability.
These ACPs are non-combustible when tested to BS EN 13501-1 resulting in A2 s1 d0 rating, making it a safe & preferred option.
Class- A2
Eurobond FR ACPs are composed of 90% mineral-filled core, sandwiched between two Aluminium skins of 3003/5005 alloy with Kynar 500 (PVDF) lacquered surface on the front and service coated on rear.
Advanced coating technology of Eurobond A2 Fire Resistant (FR) ACP provides resistance, flexibility and processing advantage, making way for extraordinary designs.
Moreover, Eurobond FR A2 ACPs adhere to fire test EN13501-1 resulting in A2 s1d0 rating, making it the most reliable option to count on.
FR PLUS
Eurobond FR Plus is a name synonymous with superior performance and high resistance. What makes them unique is the 75% mineral core filling that ensures fire safety at an economical cost.
Eurobond FR Plus panels offer tough action, are weather-proof and can be processed & fabricated as any other Eurobond ACPs.
Above all, they adhere to fire test EN13501-1 B s1 d0 and do not form any droplets and do not emit toxic smoke, facilitating safer escape routes.
Each of these ACPs with its distinct characteristics and features, cater to the unique needs and requirements of the industry and end customers.
