The Trump Tower, ready to start getting executed, would come through at Worli, Mumbai. The Trump Organisation is tying up with Mumbai-based developer Lodha group to develop the project. The Trump Tower Mumbai would be located inside Lodha’s newly announced 17.5-acre ‘The Park’ project located at Worli. The total area of the project is 800 sq ft and the tower is expected to rise to at least 76 floors and will accommodate four- and five-bedroom luxury apartments. The construction is expected to be complete by 2018. The facade of the tower is going to be bordered in gold color and would open to spectacular views that the city has to offer. The interiors of the residences will have Germany’s Poggenpohl kitchens, five-fixture master bathrooms, indoor Jacuzzi tubs, built-in TVs and a seven-level security setup. Other services for the residents include a 24×7 Resident Manager facility, a private jet pane at their disposal and a 7-acre private park. The Tower is also located in other cities- Dubai, Moscow, New York and Las Vegas, to name a few.
